Though I have spent over 40 years
teaching subjects such as mathematics, statistics and philosophy, I am a
long-time devotee of trad jazz and swing from the 20s and 30s. And I have
wanted to have my own radio show ever since listening to the pirate
stations back in the 1960s. So it's great to be part of the UK 1940s Radio
Station team. I hope you enjoy listening to my 'Roaring Twenties' and
'Year of Jazz' shows as much as I enjoy making them.
